Student Support & Learning Assistant – Inclusive Growth

Elms Bank School is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning activities, preparing resources and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing in and out of the classroom.

Under the guidance of teaching staff, you will help build inclusive, engaging learning environments where every child can thrive, develop independence, and feel safe and valued as part of our school community.
