1:1 Learning Support Specialist

Highfield Junior School is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils with learning needs and contribute to a safe, stimulating classroom environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons, provide targeted one-on-one or small group support, and promote inclusion and independence.

You will assist with literacy, numeracy and ICT activities, help prepare resources and maintain pupil records, while modelling positive behaviour and supporting overall pupil welfare.
