Career Pathways Coach

Weston College is seeking a Progression Coach to support learners from recruitment to employability, working with Delivery teams to source, engage and check eligibility. The role requires conducting initial needs assessments and providing ongoing case coaching to all learners on the caseload.

You will support disclosure in line with policy and work without close supervision, prioritising your workload to meet deadlines.
