Pastry Commis Chef – Elevate Desserts in a Luxury Hotel

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a pastry/kitchen assistant to support senior chefs in preparing and serving bakery items to the highest standards. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, follow recipes, and help control stock through proper labelling and rotation.

The role requires flexibility to work a 24‑hour operational schedule when needed in a luxury hotel environment. Experience in high-end hospitality is desirable.
