Hands-On R&D Technician – Electronics & Testing

Humia Recruitment is assisting an innovative engineering company in East Kent with the search for an R&D Technician. The role is full-time, on-site, permanent, and offers a hands-on environment where you will test, validate and troubleshoot electronic products from development through to production support.

You will work closely with the R&D team, assist with battery and power product testing, and help engineers identify root causes while maintaining quality and reliability in a workshop setting.
