Job Title: Breakfast Chef

Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 depending on experience

Hours: Full Time (50h) and Part time available

Our chefs are tasked with ensuring consistency and quality in our kitchens, and they help to create memorable moments for our guests that enrich their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
• Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency
• Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high‑quality, fresh food, fast‑paced kitchen

Essential Experience

• You will have worked as a Breakfast Chef for at least 1 year, and will fully understand the day‑to‑day routines (and challenges) of working in a professional kitchen
• At least 1‑2 years working in a professional kitchen environment

Desirable (Not essential)

• You hold a valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate
• Have worked in a fast paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients
