As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to our branch. This includes handling mail, performing data input operations, and assisting with various clerical and IT support tasks in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare court and medical expert bundles.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Arrange couriers.
- Book business travel, meeting rooms and office desks.
- Process cheque requests.
- Handle confidential medical records and original documents.
- Coordinate new case allocations.
- Maintain office supplies and marketing materials.
- Support meetings and events.
- Manage office access passes.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming service.
