Wellbeing Lead: Create Purposeful Activities for Residents

Renaissance Care seeks a Wellbeing Lead to enhance resident wellbeing through personalised activity planning within a home setting. You will work with staff, residents and relatives to understand what matters most to residents and design meaningful activities accordingly.

You will run both group and one-to-one sessions, supporting staff to sustain these activities and ensuring inclusive participation for all residents.
