NPD Bakery Technologist: Innovation & Product Launch

Signature Flatbreads is seeking a Research and Development Technologist in Dunstable to develop and support launch of new product concepts, driving them through development to launch on time and at cost. You will test ingredients, build costing models, train NPD teams and collaborate with procurement, marketing and production to ensure quality, government food plans and market relevance.

Good communication and project management skills are essential.
