Job Description:
Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester is seeking a Building Services Operative/Fabric Engineer to join an on-site maintenance team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, diagnose faults, and carry out basic trades such as painting and light plumbing within a busy retail environment.
You will update PPM tasks in the CMMS, ensure QA and safety procedures, and coordinate subcontractors as needed.
