Senior Care Assistant – Elevating Resident Wellbeing

Avery Healthcare in Leeds is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the care team in delivering high standards of personal care and creating a safe, inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

You will monitor wellbeing, assist with care plans, support medication needs, and participate in monthly evaluations. You will also supervise staff and be a key contact for residents, families and health professionals, ensuring concerns are addressed.
