Dynamic HLTA — Lead Class Learning in KS1 & KS2

Academics is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a welcoming primary school in Sittingbourne from September 2026. You will work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils, delivering planned lessons in the teacher’s absence, and helping to create a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have HLTA or TA experience in a primary setting, strong communication and behaviour management skills, and a proactive approach to supporting staff and children.
