Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Remedy Education in Redbridge, London, is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils with challenging behaviours in a secondary school. You will work 1:1 or in small groups to help students stay engaged and feel supported.

This role is full-time, term-time only, long-term, with a daily rate of £100-£115. The successful candidate will stay calm, build trust, and work with the pastoral team, SENCO and teachers to implement consistent strategies.
