Fogo de Chão in Edinburgh is seeking a personable Head Gaucho/a Chef to oversee the Gaucho/a kitchen team and the rodizio service at our UK location.

You will ensure meats are prepared and cooked to the highest standards, lead a skilled team, and model outstanding guest care while maintaining quality and efficiency across the dining floor.
