Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant – Basildon, Essex

A brilliant, modern and thriving primary school in Basildon is looking for an outgoing, creative Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant to add value to their supportive, successful and positive team.

This full-time role will commence in September 2024 and run until July 2027, covering KS2 Year 5 and Year 6.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across Year 5 & 6 with a focus on raising attainment and the quality of learning.
• Deliver English and Maths interventions.
• Assist with students who have SEN including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and speech and language difficulties.
• Provide support to pupils and staff, learning from experienced professionals.

Benefits & Details

• Salary: £95‑£105 per day.
• Location: Basildon, Essex.
