Security Assistant

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking park security officers to join our team and ensure the safety of Tattershall Lakes Holiday Park. You will welcome guests, monitor access, patrol the park, and assist guests with any issues.

Location and Contract

Base: Tattershall Lakes Holiday Park (LN4)

Contract: Seasonal

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the park entrance and monitor vehicle access.
• Patrol the park by foot and vehicle, ensuring perimeter security and overall safety.
• Assist guests with out‑of‑hours issues and deliver gas when required.
• Respond to emergencies and provide reassurance to guests.
• Work bank holidays and weekends as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Full manual driving licence – essential.
• Customer service skills – friendly and cheerful attitude towards guests.

Nice to Have

• Previous holiday park experience.
• SIA (Security Industry Association) licence.
