Estates & Facilities Caretaker — Rotational Role (Local Gov Benefits)

IWFM is seeking an Estates Officer (Caretaker) to join our estates team in Stamford. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week, all year round) involves hands-on maintenance, security, cleaning support, and delivering a welcoming environment across the site.

You should have experience in caretaking or facilities, plus practical trades, good health and safety knowledge, and solid communication. The role offers a local government pension, 30 days annual leave, and ongoing training.
