Overview
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality ingredients, fire cooking and Mediterranean flavours, and who wants to be part of a professional kitchen from the very beginning.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily service preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Assist with mise en place and service during busy periods.
- Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced professional kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience. Opportunity to grow within a new restaurant opening team. Structured kitchen environment. Staff meals on shift.
