Qualifications

  • Full UK manual driving licence (Category B up to 3.5 tonnes) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
  • Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes.
  • Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
  • Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.
  • Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it is a birthday gift or important business mail.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour). After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour). Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, based on a 38‑hour week and overtime.

Paid weekday and weekend overtime; additional allowances: monthly non‑pensionable addition to pay (£903.84 per year); weekly driving allowance (£26.73).
