Family Help Lead – Integrated Child & Family Support

Herefordshire Council is recruiting a Family Support Worker (Family Help) on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2028. The role is 30 hours per week, with pro rata salary and comprehensive development opportunities.

The post is based at Plough Lane, Hereford, with expected travel across the county and occasional evening/weekend work. You will hold a Level 4 qualification and have experience with children, young people and families, including lone working.
