Responsibilities
- Support the team while undergoing training to develop the technical skills required for the specific job.
- Assist with daily tasks, observe and learn from senior technicians or engineers, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
- Build a strong foundation in the technical aspects of the field, ensuring contributions to the team’s work and progress toward becoming a qualified professional.
- Observe and shadow experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and understand best practices.
- Take notes and ask questions to deepen understanding of processes and technical methods.
- Learn and apply technical skills related to the specific field.
- Participate in structured training programs, workshops, or courses to develop technical expertise.
- Assist with identifying and troubleshooting minor technical problems.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve processes.
- Apply newly learned skills to improve personal performance.
- Work effectively with other team members and departments, supporting collaborative efforts to achieve goals.
Qualifications
College-level coursework or a college student in a relevant field (such as engineering, mechanical systems, or electronics) may be preferred, though an interest in the technical/manufacturing field is important.
Basic understanding of technical concepts (gained through education or self-learning) may be a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided.
