School ICT Field Technician: Helpdesk, Hardware & Projects

The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver excellent service to staff and students across its cluster of schools. The role covers IT systems support, an ITIL-based helpdesk, hardware and software assistance, and involvement in large-scale IT projects within the Trust and schools.

You will collaborate with teams, travel between academies to provide proactive advice and technical support, and contribute to teaching and learning ICT
