Inspiring SEN Primary Teacher — Specialist School

Smile Education is seeking a passionate SEN Primary Teacher for a specialist school in Selly Oak, Birmingham. You will join a small class with supportive staff to deliver personalised learning for pupils aged 5–11 with SEND, including ASC, MLD, ADHD and communication needs.

The role focuses on planning around EHCP targets, inclusive teaching, collaboration with TAs, speech and language therapists and other specialists, and continuous assessment to maximise outcomes.
