Refrigeration Apprentice (Level 3) – Path to Engineer

Arcus Facilities Management invites applicants for a Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship. You will work with a mentor and a team of engineers to learn and perform planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems, while completing on-the-job training and college block releases.

The apprenticeship lasts 36 to 48 months, with progression routes to become a fully qualified engineer. The National Training Academy in Stevenage provides in-house training and strong development opportunities.
