Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hard‑working individual to join our Housekeeping Team in the role of Room Attendant at Dakota Manchester Airport.

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Deep clean guest bedrooms and en‑suite bathrooms, making beds, detailing, and ensuring an immaculately clean environment.
• Perform vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping and lifting of items such as duvets.
• Record guest preferences and requests to personalise stays (e.g., firm pillows, cot set‑up).
• Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and correct use of cleaning equipment such as steamers.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including waste handling and manual handling.

Applicant Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cleaning role (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and maintain pace in guest rooms.
• High attention to detail and proactive, task‑oriented.
• Enthusiastic, positive team player willing to promote a culture of positivity.
• Flexible with shift patterns, available to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated research of Dakota brand and genuine desire to join the team.
