Customer Innovation Lead – Dairy & Plant-Based Foods

AAK is seeking a Customer Innovation Manager for Dairy, Savoury, Plant‑Based Foods and Foodservice in the UK & Ireland. The role is based at our King George Dock site in Hull with on-site requirements and occasional UK/Ireland travel.

The successful candidate will drive customer co‑development, provide technical support, and manage innovation projects while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to convert opportunities into scalable solutions.
