Refrigeration Apprentice: Launch Your Engineering Career

Arcus Facilities Management is offering an exciting Level 3 Apprenticeship in Refrigeration. You will work under a mentor and a team of engineers to gain hands-on experience in reactive and planned maintenance of specialist refrigeration systems.

The programme lasts 36–48 months with on‑the‑job training and block release to college. A driving licence is preferred but not essential, and progression leads toward becoming a fully qualified engineer.
