Bankside Hotel in London is hiring a Chef de Partie for a 40-hour week with a base salary of £29,297.78 per year plus a Company Tronc Scheme. You will manage one or more kitchen sections to the required standards and support senior chefs.
We look for cooking passion, proven kitchen experience and strong English communication. You will train junior chefs, manage stock, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help deliver high-quality dishes for our guests and locals in a vibrant hotel setting.
