We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Pasta Remoli – Westfield Stratford. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced Italian restaurant with fresh pasta and high‑quality ingredients.

Prepare and cook dishes following our recipe and quality standards.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness. Work as part of a team during busy services. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.

Salary: £13.00 – £15 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
