Store Assistant

What you’ll do

Store Assistant in Nuneaton Bermuda Park. 15 hours per week. Candidates should live locally and commute easily to our store. Stores open 7 AM–8 PM, requiring early starts and late finishes.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Be hands‑on with warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
• Be proactive by selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
• Commit to delivering excellent service; prior retail experience is not required.
