Hybrid Class 2 Driver & Yard Operative (Temp-to-Perm)

Interaction Recruitment Group has a temporary to permanent opportunity for a Class 2 Driver / Yard Operative in Paddock Wood. The role balances driving (40%) with yard work (60%), Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, paying £19.50 per hour.

The position offers a hybrid/ flexible arrangement and a clear path to permanent employment within a busy waste management team. Applicants should hold a valid Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph, with up to 6 penalty points.
