Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is seeking chefs for seasonal, permanent, and flexible hour positions in our historic hotel and garden restaurant complex in Kent. Roles are in Bear Lodge, Babydolls Wood‑Fired Pizza, and the Garden Room Restaurant with a focus on quality, local ingredients and a changing menu.

We offer a service charge, competitive benefits, and generous annual leave. Working hours can be up to 45 per week with potential job sharing and extensions based on occupancy.
