Trauma-Informed Pupil Support Specialist

Milk Education is seeking an emotional wellbeing assistant in Gainsborough to work one-to-one with children who have adverse childhood experiences. The role supports emotional regulation and helps pupils access learning in a compassionate, patient manner.

You will report safeguarding concerns when needed and join a supportive team. Hours are 08:30–16:30 (Mon–Wed) and 08:30–15:00 (Thu–Fri) on a permanent, full-time basis, with a 12–16 week probation and a start date of 3 September 2026.
