We have an exciting opportunity to join the Liverpool Driver team as a Driver Mentor!
As a Driver Mentor you will contribute to the professional development of trainee and new drivers through mentoring and coaching to meet company and industry standards.
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Liverpool based drivers with at least 3 years driving experience.
- have a professional driving record with good safety of the line history
- can demonstrate good employee qualities such as reliability, punctuality and smart appearance
- have good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- have a positive relationship with the local management team
