Secondary Student Support & Behavior Outreach Specialist

Links Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated role to support learners across several schools in St Albans and nearby towns. The post focuses on pupils with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and a desire to work with secondary aged students.

We require empathy, effective behaviour management, and strong written and verbal communication. You will collaborate with schools and external agencies, manage time and caseloads, and travel between sites with your own transport.
