Hybrid Property Surveyor: Damp & Disrepair Specialist

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Property Disrepair Surveyor to diagnose and resolve complex repairs, damp and mould issues, and disrepair claims across a mixed portfolio of homes. You will lead investigations, apply NHF schedules, and work to protect housing assets while ensuring value for money and resident safety.

The role encompasses challenging repairs, non-routine issues and close collaboration with colleagues to maintain safe, secure homes and high service standards.
