KS2 Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant – Permanent Role

Reed Education is seeking a Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Gloucester from September 2026. This permanent, full-time role supports Year 3 and Year 4 pupils with literacy and numeracy interventions and helps nurture academic, social and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary-aged children, strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
