Job Description:
Homes for Students in Leicester is seeking a Residence Services Assistant for The Glassworks, working 40 hours weekly: Mon–Thu 9:30 am–6:00 pm and Fri 8:30 am–5:00 pm. You will deliver a warm reception, help‑desk support and guest assistance to students.
You will also support operations, assist with open days and intake, handle inquiries via email, website, phone and in person, and address student needs with a proactive, friendly approach.
