Fire Control Dispatcher – Emergency Response Specialist

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Competent Control Firefighter to transfer from a UK Fire Authority. The role is based in our Control Room, handling emergency calls, directing fire appliances, and supporting operations and administration.

You will train for all aspects of the role and work a 42-hour week rota including day, night and weekend shifts. Applicants should be over 18, with a solid educational background and strong communication skills, and possess high ICT competence
