About the Role

We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team. You should have a real passion for fitness along with the relevant qualifications. As a Fitness Instructor you will inspire people to train, tailor workouts to individuals making them fun and effective, and ensure proper and safe use of equipment. The role is varied and interesting; you will experience one-to-one training, offer workout advice, check equipment, or teach a class. You need excellent people skills to build trust and confidence.

Requirements

  • Professional related fitness qualification
  • Experience of managing a varied workload
  • The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
  • Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues
