Strategic Merchandiser: Data-Driven Range & Stock Planning

AYBL is seeking an organised and analytically driven Merchandiser to join our Redditch-based team. You will own financial planning and stock management for AYBL and Because of Alice (BOA) ranges, ensuring the right products at the right time and price.

You will work with Buying, Design, E-com and Marketing to trade effectively, forecast sales and stock levels, and present financial insights in trade meetings with senior leadership.
