On-Site Leisure Manager – Lead Guest Experience

The Light in Redhill is seeking a full‑time Leisure Manager to run day‑to‑day leisure activities, including bowling and interactive games, and to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience.

You will lead the leisure team, manage staffing, training, and performance, monitor venue presentation, coordinate events, and partner with cinema, food and beverage, and marketing to maximise revenue and uphold brand standards.
