Early Years TA Apprentice — Outdoor Learning

Lift Schools is offering an apprenticeship Teaching Assistant (level 3) to work with a lead teacher across our schools. The programme combines practical classroom experience with accredited training, developing core skills in early years support, SEN assistance, and inclusive teaching.

Applicants should have Early Years experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. GCSE Maths/English (A-C/4-9) and Level 2 Maths/English are required.
