Social Worker: Family & Children’s Services (Therapeutic)

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our safeguarding outcomes service. You will manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments, and work with families to promote safe, stable, nurturing environments.

We support team-based working, ongoing professional development, and access to trauma-informed practice, with a strong emphasis on relationship-based, child-focused interventions and partnership with health, education and community services.
