Graduate Mental Health Assistant — School Experience

Academics is seeking a Psychology/Criminology graduate to join a Chesham primary school as a Mental Health Assistant from September 2026. This full-time role focuses on supporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, and behavioural needs, alongside teachers and therapists.

You’ll gain practical, school-based experience and lay the groundwork for postgraduate training in psychology, education, or therapy, while developing empathy, resilience, and teamwork in a warm, supportive environment.
