Salary: £32,654 pro rata
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31/3/28, role to be continued subject to funding
Daizybell Homes is seeking an experienced and compassionate Children’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join our team and provide therapeutic and advocacy support to children and young people living in Daizybell Homes’ supported accommodation for women and children survivors of domestic abuse.
As a Children’s Domestic Abuse Support Worker, you will work with children who may be facing emotional, behavioural, or social challenges, using play‑based therapeutic techniques to help them express themselves, develop coping strategies, and work through difficulties, in a safe and supportive environment.
We particularly encourage applications from women who will contribute to the diversity of our organisation, including women with lived experience, Black, Asian & Minoritised women and disabled women.
PLEASE NOTE: The post holder must be female – Section 39 and Schedule 9 of the Equalities Act 2010 applies. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS (CRB) check.
