Dynamic HLTA: Lead Lessons & Boost Pupil Progress

Aspire People Limited is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Leicestershire, working school hours 08:30–15:30, Monday to Friday. You will support teaching and learning, deliver planned lessons in absence of class teacher, and provide targeted interventions.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible assignments across primary schools, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant to help secure long-term or permanent placements.
