Early Years Apprenticeship Coach for Work-Based Learning

Essex County Council’s Adult Community Learning seeks an Early Years Apprenticeship & Work Based Learning Coach to motivate and support learners and apprentices toward their qualifications through coaching, mentoring and tailored support.

The successful candidate will have early years practice experience and be an assessor or working toward TAQA/D32/A1, with a drive to promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and equal opportunities across learning settings.
