Role
Domestic Assistant — Flexible zero hours contract
£12.71 per hour • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Responsibilities
- Cleaning residents’ rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Support laundry services, helping to ensure personal belongings are handled with care and returned correctly.
- Working closely with the wider team, follow infection control, health and safety and cleaning procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with required standards.
- Contribute to a well organised, respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.
What We Are Looking For
- A positive and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control is beneficial
- Previous experience is welcomed but not essential
