Head Chef – Autonomy, hotel-grade menus, no split shifts

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Head Chef to deliver hotel/restaurant standard dining within our care homes. You’ll lead a culinary team, craft nutritious, flavourful menus tailored to residents’ needs, and use fresh seasonal produce, ensuring meals meet high quality and safety standards.

You’ll work autonomously, manage menus, budgets, stock, and audits while keeping a warm, person-centred atmosphere for residents and staff.
